In-person safety measures:

• Disposable masks will be provided to everyone in the studio.
• We provide sanitizers in every room.
• Necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided.
• We practice social distancing throughout the day, which includes during our breaks.
• Every staff member is required to disinfect the washrooms after use.
• The ventilation in our new studio was recently checked and approved.
• Staff and others working in our space are encouraged to bring their own sanitizers.
• We encourage staff members to minimize and disinfect shared products.
• Disinfectant wipes are provided and available upon request.
• Each performer on the team is provided with their own costumes. Costumes are sprayed with alcohol disinfectant and/or steamed after every use.
• We will disinfect all equipment after every use.
• Garbage cans for safe disposal of masks are provided.
• We adhere to the capacity limits in the guidelines provided by the Alberta government strictly.

All staff members who can, have been shifted to remote work. Once a week, a company Zoom meeting is held, and we encourage all other meetings to be virtual, as well. With the help of the General Manager, Founder and Board Members, staff members working remotely are assisted in any manner necessary.

• We’re working towards an online payment system that minimizes in-person exchange of cash and use of cards.
• We adhere to AHS guidelines regarding capacity limits strictly.
• We do not provide costumes or gear to external performers.
• For bookings in studio, aforementioned in-person safety measures will be implemented and enforced.
